About the Client: Our client is a manufacturing company that has worked with various well-known international companies since the 1990s.

Job Description:

• Customer Relations : Establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers through various communication channels (email, phone, WhatsApp, visits) and ensuring customer satisfaction by analyzing and meeting their needs.

• Coordination and Negotiation : Coordinating with companies and customers for sample, PO, and price confirmations as well as conducting negotiations to achieve the best agreements according to company needs.

• Follow-Up and Reporting : Monitoring the progress of POs and samples, preparing follow-up reports on customer visits, and generating competitor analysis and KPI reports.

• Presentations and Training : Delivering routine presentations (online/offline), pitching to customers, and providing internal training or socialization as needed by the company.

• Exhibitions and Sales Reports : Making preparations for and ensuring the smooth execution of company exhibitions, follow up with booth visitors, and seek orders while preparing sales reports.

• Research and Opportunities : Conducting research to identify business opportunities and prepare reports related to market trends and opportunities.

• Internal Coordination : Coordinating with various internal departments (finance, marketing admin, HSE, HRD) to ensure updated processes and information, and adhering to SOP, SWS, and JBS protocols.
• Routine Activities : Participating in routine activities such as meetings, training, and customer events, and ensuring the implementation of 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) in the workspace.
• Location : Cikupa, Banten

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree (S1 or D3)
• 3 years of experience in marketing or sales
• Capable of speaking English in working proficiency, the ability to speak Mandarin is a plus but not required
• Capable of using computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Zoom, Canva, ERP, and SAP
• Good presentation, communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills
• Available for 6 days of work in a week
• Candidates with a driver's license (SIM A) will be preferrable
