Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daytoday financial operations including accounts payable accounts receivable payroll and general ledger management.
- Prepare financial statements balance sheets profit and loss statements and cash flow reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthend and yearend closing processes.
- Manage and review budgeting forecasting and financial analysis to support decisionmaking.
- Coordinate with auditors tax authorities and other external stakeholders as required.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with the management team to align financial goals with operational strategies.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure proper financial planning and liquidity.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and accounting standards.
- Provide accounting and financial support to other entities within the group as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with at least 2 years in the hospitality sector.
- Experience in the boutique or luxury hospitality industry is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles financial reporting and budgeting processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
- Willingness to be based in Bali.
