Chief Instructor/ Equestrian Manager At The Bali Equestrian Centre, Indonesia.

B.E.C is seeking a mature, honest and enthusiastic qualified Chief Instructor/ Equestrian Manager. Successful applicants will hold appropriate International equestrian qualifications and have a minimum of 5 years experience working in a riding school of up to 20 horses. The following requirements apply:
- Have previously worked as a riding school instructor.
- Coaching to medium level Dressage
- Solid knowledge of groundwork
- Schooling both Private and School Horses with a maximum weight of 65kg.
- Have competed in all disciplines.
- Have a good knowledge/standard of horse and yard care
- Willing to teach beginners to advance level in all disciplines
- Confident and mature personality and be able to adapt and respect Indonesian culture
- Prepare lesson plans & assessments
- Work in a team consisting of various nationalities
- Be a strong and enthusiastic rider, hard working and most importantly have an unconditional passion for both horses and riding.

Private accomodation available
Working visa, accommodation, taxes paid. We have 20 grooms in the yard to groom, tack up and muck out.
