- Melakukan tugas utama bagian customer service
- Memberikan pelayanan informasi produk dan pendampingan yang positif, profesional, dan empatik kepada customer
- Memahami dan menyediakan kebutuhan customer
- Memahami produk yang ditawarkan kepada customer
- Melakukan proses pemesanan sesuai dengan kebutuhan customer
- Menulis laporan transaksi
- Memastikan kepuasan customer
- Berdomisili di Semarang
- Pendidikan minimal SMA / SMK / D3
- Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik
- Dapat bekerja dalam tim
- Terbiasa dengan sosial media
- Dapat mengoperasikan komputer dengan baik
- Dapat bekerja dalam sebuah team
- Pengalaman / Non Pengalaman (Fresh Graduate)
