Brand and Marketing Sr Manager

General Description

Brand & Marketing Strategy Senior Manager is responsible for defining and driving the company’s brand and marketing strategy to support sustainable business growth across products, services, and business units. This role serves as the bridge between business objectives and marketing execution by translating market opportunities, customer insights, and commercial priorities into clear brand positioning, communication strategies, and integrated marketing plans.

The role leads strategic planning across the customer journey, ensuring consistency of brand narrative, marketing priorities, performance measurement frameworks, and go to market approaches. Working closely with Business, Product, Channel Marketing, and Creative teams, this position ensures marketing investments are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable impact on awareness, acquisition, activation, and growth.

As a senior leader, the role is expected to provide strategic direction, evaluate market opportunities, diagnose performance gaps, and recommend high-impact initiatives that strengthen brand equity and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and drive brand positioning, communication architecture, and integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Define marketing priorities, strategic initiatives, and success metrics across business streams.
• Lead market research, customer analysis, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities and business risks.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership and business teams.
• Develop strategic direction for major campaigns, product launches, and growth initiatives across the customer journey.
• Ensure alignment between marketing strategy and execution teams.
• Act as strategic marketing partner for business leaders by providing recommendations on growth opportunities, customer acquisition, and market expansion initiatives.
• Support evaluation of strategic partnerships and new business opportunities.
• Establish marketing measurement frameworks and monitor business impact, marketing effectiveness, and ROI.
• Ensure consistent implementation of brand guidelines and communication standards across all initiatives.
• Mentor marketing team members and promote data driven decision making, strategic thinking, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field. 
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing Strategy, Commercial Strategy, Category Management, or related fields.
• Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing and brand strategies.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market research, customer segmentation, and brand management principles.
• Experience partnering with business, product, and cross functional teams.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capability with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
