RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Food Technology.Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in QA, QC, and Laboratory functions.Solid knowledge and practical experience in Quality Control (QC) systems within a food or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.Having experience in QA audit systems.Having strong knowledge of Quality Management Standards (ISO 9001:2015, FSSC 22000, GMP, Halal, and other applicable standards)SPC (Statistical Process Control) certification/training with practical experience in manufacturing process monitoring and improvement.Willing to be placed at PT Sentra Usahatama Jaya (a member of Samora Group), Cilegon, Banten. ResponsibilitiesControl the quality of raw materials, in-process materials, finished products, and by-products.Manage the procurement of chemicals and operational materials.Ensure the accuracy and timely distribution of refining reports.Issue COAs for finished sugar products and final molasses, and ROAs for raw sugar and in-process materials.Prepare performance and auxiliary material consumption reports to ensure that operational processes run normally, effectively, and efficiently.Handle customer complaints and product returns.Analyze and resolve quality, food safety, and supply chain issues.Evaluate product, process, and packaging developments prior to implementation.
