Business Development JOB REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in FMCG sales minimum 5 years.
• Proven experience in brand management or development, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills. Preferred Domicile in Jakarta Utara.

Skills:
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and data analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of consumer psychology and branding principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Working Conditions:
• Office environment with potential travel for events and promotions.
• May require extended hours during major campaigns or project deadlines.
