Tugas / Tanggung Jawab :
- Melakukan pekerjaan bagian Business Development Manager
- Memelihara, mengontrol, mengarahkan, membimbing, memotivasi dan menilai semua kinerja bawahannya.
- Mencari, mengembangkan dan memperbanyak tim marketing sesuai ketentuan.
- Mencapai Target Penjualan yang sudah diberikan oleh Direktur Marketing
- Menyusun dan membuat konsep perencanaan marketing.
- Melakukan Riset dan Analisa Pasar
- Membuat promosi yang efektif dan efisien
- Mengembangkan jaringan penjualan dengan mencari SISCOM Partner diantaranya mencari Reseller, Agen dan Freelance
- Mengembangkan Modern Market
- Memonitoring perkembangan trend sosial media
- Mampu menyampaikan segala jenis informasi kepada pihak internal maupun eksternal mengenai perusahaan
- Dapat membawa citra yang baik mengenai perusahaan
- Berdomisili di Bandung
- Pendidikan Minimal S1 Marketing / Public Relation / Komunikasi / Management
- Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun dibidang Sales dan Marketing
- Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan, kemampuan komunikasi dan presentasi yang baik
- Berpengalaman membuat konsep dan strategi marketing.
- Memiliki kemampuan Digital Marketing ( Google Ads, Facebook Ads dll )
- Mengetahui seputar internet marketing
- Enerjik, memiliki motivasi kerja tinggi, disiplin
- Kreatif, mampu berpikir cepat, jujur, dan bertanggung jawab
