Boutique Villa Manager

Our client is a property owner in the vibrant and trendy coastal area located on the southern coast of Bali and is actively seeking a Villa Manager to join and lead the pre-opening team.

As a manager, you are responsible for ensuring a smooth operation of the villa operations which involves overseeing daily activities and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Fluent and comprehensive in English and Balinese language.
• Background in luxury boutique brands is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a villa manager or at a similar level and responsibilities in small hotel operations.
• Pro-active, Initiative, Agile, problem solver and responsible.
• Willingness and capability to handle daily tasks required for villa management such as being the contact person for villa matters, assisting check-in process, organising villa maintenance etc
• Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service and ensure a personalized experience for guests, addressing any needs or concerns promptly.
• Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and overall condition of the villa, ensuring it meets high standards.
• Manage and coordinate the villa staff, including housekeepers, chefs, and maintenance personnel, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
• Handle guest reservations, manage booking systems, and coordinate check-ins and check-outs.
• Oversee budgeting, manage expenses, and ensure accurate financial reporting and record-keeping.
• Plan and execute special events or activities within the villa, including arranging catering, entertainment, and decor.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience, including personalized services and special requests.
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
• Ensure the villa complies with local regulations and safety standards, including health and safety protocols.
