Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Store Managers to ensure that all stores operate in accordance with the companys policies and standards.
• Develop and implement business strategies to increase foot traffic optimize profitability and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor financial performance and operational efficiency of all stores within the area setting performance goals and ensuring they are achieved.
• Conduct regular store visits to review operational standards the execution of brand promotions and the overall customer experience.
• Provide leadership training and guidance to Store Managers; foster a motivating work environment to achieve excellence in store management and customer service.
• Oversee staffing decisions including recruitment training and performance evaluations of Store Managers and key staff members.
• Manage budget allocation cost control inventory management and financial reporting for each store.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Retail Management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management with at least 1 years in a multistore management role.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing multiple retail locations.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and motivational skills.
• Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the designated area.
