Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field from a reputable university.
• Demonstrate significant experience in leasing management, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
• Showcase proficiency in leasing principles, tools, and software, with a strong understanding of leasing analysis and reporting.
• Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Have experience in preparing and proposing leasing pricing strategies to automotive leasing companies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the leasing management team in day-to-day operations, including leasing analysis, contract negotiation, and portfolio management.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity in leasing data and reports, reviewing and approving leasing documentation prepared by team members.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Develop and implement leasing policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals and initiatives, providing necessary leasing insights and recommendations.
