IIX Impact Institute serves as the organization's learning and capacity-building arm, delivering training and certification programs for enterprises, investors, policymakers

and ecosystem stakeholders. Through its online learning platform, the Institute offers self-paced and practitioner-oriented courses focused on inclusive finance, impact measurement, and investment readiness.

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and hands-on professional to join IIX Impact Institute and support the management and growth of its digital learning platform. The role will work across platform management, content development, and program execution, with responsibility for maintaining a high-quality learner experience, developing and improving learning products, and supporting training and capacity-building initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in e-learning, instructional design, and digital content development, with strong project management, writing, and stakeholder management skills. They should be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of multiple workstreams in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities.

A. Platform & Learner Experience

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the IIX Institute digital learning platform, including course pages, learner accounts, enrollment, access, and coordination with Technology and Platforms teams on technical issues.
• Manage learner onboarding for IIX programs and institutional clients, including onboarding guidance, user access, access codes, discounts, and other enrollment arrangements.
• Prepare learner and platform reports for internal teams and clients, and monitor key metrics including user acquisition, enrollment, engagement, course completion, and repeat enrollment.
• Use learner feedback, platform data, and market benchmarking to identify and implement improvements to the platform, learner experience, and engagement.
• Support initiatives to increase user acquisition, course completion, and repeat engagement, including learner communications, nudges, recommendations, and thematic learning pathways.

B. Content & Instructional Design

• Conduct regular audits of the Institute's course portfolio and maintain an inventory of content requiring refresh, revision, or retirement.
• Support updates to existing courses, including slide revisions, downloadable materials, assessments, video re-recordings, and other learning assets.
• Support the design and development of new online courses and learning products, including bespoke training developed with external partners.
• Coordinate with instructors and subject-matter experts to translate technical expertise into clear, engaging, and effective digital learning content.
• Support the development and delivery of webinars and other practitioner-oriented learning and thought-leadership engagements.

C. Country Programs & Training Delivery

• Support IIX country programs and strategic initiatives that include a training or capacity-building component, including flagship programs such as the Impact Investment Readiness Program.
• Conduct research to understand country, sector, and participant needs, and translate findings into relevant training curricula, content, and learning materials.
• Support sourcing and coordinating with training partners, firms, instructors, and subject-matter experts, working with country and program teams to contextualize content for specific markets and audiences.
• Support the development and coordination of workshops, training sessions, webinars, and other learning engagements, including adapting Institute courses and materials for country, sector, or client contexts.

D. Partnerships, Distribution & Learner Engagement

• Support the development of course bundles and thematic learning pathways to increase learner engagement across the Institute's course portfolio.
• Coordinate targeted campaigns and learner outreach to promote priority courses, including course-of-the-month initiatives and campaigns linked to relevant global events.
• Identify relevant conferences, events, ecosystem platforms, and distribution partners to expand the reach and uptake of Institute courses and learning packages.
• Support engagement with external instructors, learning partners, event organizers, and other ecosystem stakeholders, working with the IIX Marketing team to integrate Institute offerings into broader marketing and communications activities.

E. Project & Operational Management

• Translate Institute priorities into clear workplans, timelines, trackers, and deliverables, ensuring activities remain on schedule.
• Coordinate across various internal teams at IIX as well as external vendors and service providers, to support timely execution.
• Maintain course, content, and activity calendars, tracking deliverables and proactively addressing operational issues.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in digital learning, instructional design, EdTech, training, e-learning, professional education, or related fields (Note: Candidates will be considered across multiple seniority levels, with level determined based on experience and demonstrated capabilities.)
• Hands-on experience developing online courses from concept to completion, including designing course structures and syllabi, learning objectives and curricula, and creating presentation decks, instructional materials, assessments, videos, and other digital learning assets.
• Demonstrated experience managing content across e-learning platforms, MOOCs, LMSs, or comparable asynchronous learning environments
• Experience working with instructors, subject-matter experts, external partners, and cross-functional teams to develop and implement learning products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, including the ability to develop clear, professional, and engaging learning content in both languages.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently and deliver against timelines.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to benchmark comparable learning platforms and use learner and platform data to inform improvements.
• Ability to work effectively across technology, content, marketing, and program teams in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Strong research, market analysis, and benchmarking skills, with the ability to assess comparable learning platforms and translate findings into practical product and user-experience improvements.

Preferred / Desired Qualifications.

• Experience working with SMEs, entrepreneurs, or businesses, with a strong understanding of business fundamentals, including business models, growth, operations, and investment readiness.
• Experience delivering or facilitating training, workshops, webinars, or other learning engagements
• Experience in ESG, sustainable finance, impact investing, climate finance, gender, international development, or related fields.
• Experience working in international or multicultural environments, including collaboration across cultures, geographies, and time zones.
• Exposure to marketing, audience development, business development, or partnerships for learning products.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or comparable spreadsheet tools, including managing datasets, using formulas, filtering and sorting data, and preparing reports and analyses.
