Loss & Prevention Staff | Delonix Karawang

AYANA Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Loss & Prevention Staff member for our Delonix Karawang property. In this role, you will be integral in ensuring the safety and security of all guests and staff while helping to protect the company’s assets against loss through theft, fraud, and other risks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol designated areas to ensure the safety of guests and staff, and to deter theft and vandalism.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and grounds, reporting any hazards or security breaches immediately.
• Assist in training new staff members on security protocols and emergency procedures.
• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, including conducting preliminary investigations and documenting findings.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences.
• Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement in security measures and loss prevention strategies.

Requirements

• High school or diploma; higher education and relevant certifications are a plus.
• Previous experience in security or loss prevention is preferred.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and compose during stressful situations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Trustworthy and ethical in handling confidential information.
• Proficiency in using surveillance equipment and reporting software.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
