- Handle customer
- Handle keluhan customer
- Menawarkan produk ke customer
- Memberikan penjelasan tentang produk yang kurang baik
- Melakukan pendataan personal setiap komplain
- Berdomisili di Palembang
- Pendidikan minimal SMA / SMK / D3 / S1 segala jurusan
- Komunikatif
- Dapat mengoperasikan komputer dengan baik
- Dapat bekerja dalam sebuah team
- Bersedia bekerja di hari libur
