E-Commerce Operational Assistant Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Oversee daily e-commerce operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes form all Store.
• Ensure all incoming orders are handled timely and properly up to delivery is completed.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
• Coordinate with various departments, including logistics, customer service, and marketing.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize operational strategies.
• Develop and Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Gather information on industry's best practice and provide insights to the management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Manage and educate team members to improve team performance. JOB REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Min. of 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role in managerial level.
• Preferably have experience in retail, factory, logistic or other industry which handle large number of employee and SKUs.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational and multitasking skills.
• Highly innovative.
• Fluent in English.
