Villa Operations Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

A Beach Loft in Canggu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Villa Operations Manager (Full time)

Responsibilities:
• Supervise the housekeeping, maintenance and front desk staff as well as ensuring all properties are maintained in optimal condition
• Train and mentor staff as well as fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional development
• Recruit, onboard and manage staff for the opening of new lofts
• Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs and housekeeping schedules to ensure all properties meet high-quality standards
• Oversee inventory levels for housekeeping and maintenance supplies
• Ensure cost-effective purchasing, stock management and inventory control to minimize waste
• Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers
• Manage online travel agency (OTA) channels, listings and revenue for 12 lofts
• Monitor and control operational costs and develop and manage budgets
• Regularly report to the management team on the operational performance, financial status and guest feedback
• Perform front desk responsibilities including check-ins/check-outs, receiving payments (cash or via terminal) and printing receipts

 

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Indonesian citizen
• Excellent in written and spoken English communication
• Proven at least 2 years of experience working as a Villa Operations Manager or in a similar role preferably in an International hotel chain
• Bachelor's degree minimum, preferably in Hospitality, Property Management or in a related field
• Proven experience managing staff and operations
• Proficient in property management software (e.g., Hostfully, Rental Ready) and Microsoft Excel and Word
• Knowledge of local regulations, safety standards and Balinese customs would be a plus
