- Review and analyze organizational conditions and development strategies.
- Perform organizational mapping and analysis.
- Update job architecture based on business needs and developments.
- Conduct job weighting analysis for each position.
- Analyze and ensure proper workload for employees.
- Review and predict workforce needs for future job requirements and compare HR demand with existing supply.
- Organize and manage employee records and data documentation.

- Maintain industrial relationships.

JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, HR Management, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum age of 25 years.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR Manager or a similar field.
- Knowledge of Job Analysis, Job Description, Job Evaluation, Job Grading, KRA, and OKR.
- Familiarity with Workload Analysis.
- Understanding of Competency Management and Organization Management.
- Effective HR administration, documentation, and data management.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately follow instructions.
- Good communication skills
