The Product Manager at MoFi will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle management for the consumer financing business line. This role involves crafting a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals, and driving collaboration across cross-functional teams. The Product Manager will focus on enhancing operational efficiency through digitalization and robust system foundation development.

Responsibilities

Product Roadmap and Vision

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Communicate product vision and strategy clearly to stakeholders and team members.

Product Development

  • Lead the product development process from ideation through launch and iteration.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to define product specifications and requirements.
  • Oversee the creation of user stories, wireframes, and prototypes to guide development.
  • Advocate for a user-centered approach to product development, conducting user research, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights and validate product concepts.
  • Analyze user feedback and behavior data to inform product decisions and improvements.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the product team, staying updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Encourage innovation and experimentation to drive product excellence.

Stakeholder Management

  • Engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather input and ensure alignment on product initiatives.
  • Facilitate regular meetings and updates to keep stakeholders informed and involved in the product lifecycle.
  • Manage expectations and communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively.
  • Performance Tracking and Iteration:
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
  • Use data and analytics to monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement iterative improvements based on user feedback and performance metrics.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for product launches.
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product adoption.
  • Create product documentation, training materials, and marketing content to support product launches.

Process Integration and Documentation

  • Integrate all processes involved in product development and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Create robust, comprehensive documentation of end-to-end business processes within MoFi.
  • Ensure all documented processes are clear, accessible, and useful for ongoing and future projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within a technology-driven organization or management consulting
  • Depth of experience leading major product or growth initiatives across multiple products, platforms, and feature clusters.
  • Experience collaborating closely with business, operation, product, data, and tech teams.
  • Proven ability to drive product roadmap and achieve business goals.
  • Experience in data analysis and proficiency in SQL is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to think strategically and act decisively
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in product management tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in creating comprehensive process documentation.
  • Passion for solving real people's problems at scale.
  • Data-minded approach, with the ability to understand product mechanics and measure long-term impact.
