Requirements

What we expect from you

1. The management and control of the business of Indonesia Market Maker is vested in the Board of Zeal Holding Limited. Director must make decisions objectively in the interests of the Company. As Directors, you will be required to:
2. Adhere to the Zeal Holding Limited decision;
3. Guide strategy and policy making to achieve and maintain high quality services in harmony with the beliefs and values of Zeal Holding Limited;
4. Ensure that the financial affairs of Indonesia Market Maker Company are conducted on a responsible basis in accordance with established policies of Zeal Holding Limited;
5. Oversee the outcomes of the work of Indonesia Market Maker Company;
6. Encourage effective communication within the whole organization, especially between Members, Zeal Holding Limited and other stakeholders;

Responsibilities:

As a Director, you will be required to:

1. Establish company priorities and targets (financial and non-financial) for the short, medium, and long term.

2. Implement the strategy that has been prepared by providing directions and action plans for each function

3. Conduct regular supervision by holding regular meetings to monitor all action plans are going according to plan

4. Take necessary corrective steps if deviations from the strategy and action plan that have been prepared are found

5. Communicate every time there is a change in direction and company policy to all stake holders

6. Conduct periodic reviews of all SOPs for each department

7. Requesting the Internal Auditor to carry out an internal audit in accordance with the audit plan that has been prepared both with the Head Office and branch offices

8. Ensuring that all audit findings can be followed up by each department

9. Ensuring that all existing SOPs refer to and comply with regulatory provisions both from Regulators and Government Regulations

10. Attend every meeting initiated by the Regulator regarding changes to regulations or other published information

11. Ensuring and monitoring the entire audit process carried out by the Regulator is running properly following up on any findings so that they can be completed by the specified date/time.
