Corporate and Insurance Account Executive

Job Description

•Implement approach and sales strategies to customers and candidates to maintain and increase the number of corporate and hospital insurance customers

•Providing information related to the latest hospital products and facilities to potential customers and hospital customers

•Collaborating with companies and insurance companies to become corporate customers of the Hospital

•Maintain and improve good cooperative relationships with Hospital customers to maintain the satisfaction of partner companies in accordance with the provisions of established agreements

•Carrying out preparations for promotional activities up to documentation (MCU, seminars, on site, etc.) to ensure the event runs as planned

•Carry out the registration and documentation process for internal parties to ensure that employment relationship information is distributed properly

•Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets

 

 

Qualifications

•Bachelor Degree from Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Insurance, Finance, or any related major

•Have minimum 1 year experience in the sales field will be plus

•Have Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and resolve contract and claims issues.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, insurance representatives, and internal teams.

•Familiarity with healthcare management software, insurance billing systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

•Ability to address and resolve complex issues related to insurance claims, client contracts, and account management.
