Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Our client a leading building construction business in Bali is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager. This role is ideal for candidates with extensive experience in highrise construction projects including offices residential apartments and resort properties.



Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety compliance and quality control.



Qualifications:

• Minimum of 810 years of experience in construction project management preferably with highrise or resort property projects.
• Background in either a construction company or as an inhouse project manager.
• Project Management Certification (e.g. PMP) is highly preferred.
• Candidates already based in Bali are ideal; expatriates are welcome to apply.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong leadership problemsolving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
