Corporate Finance and Banking Relations Analyst

• Support end to end financing process
• Maintain and develop relationship with external creditors or financier
• Generate and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports & analysis to management and stakeholders
• Monitor compliance to loan covenants
• Analyze financial performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Maintain and update financial projection models to support project planning and sensitivity analysis
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, including M&A, and capital investments
• Support rating process and other relevant process for corporate actions including mergers, and acquisitions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
• Minimum 4-5 years in relevant experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related roles is preferred
• Proficient knowledge in financial statements with strong analytical skills and logical thinking
• Experience in financial modeling or forecast or budgeting and data analysis tools
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Fluent English speaking
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
