What you will do

  • Drive successful prospect onboarding processes to make them go-live using Qiscus
  • Execute the SOP for onboarding process and measure the success rate
  • Assist Account Managers in tracking important client health data
  • Handle the administrative duties in account management
  • Follow up closely and timely with the prospects to resolve any bottleneck or issue
  • Facilitate cross-team coordination especially between Account Management Team and Finance/Collection Team

What You Will Bring to the Role

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a related field (e.q Marketing, Business etc). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Passionate in learning about sales, marketing or business development in IT solutions
  • Entrepreneurial in mindset and spirit
  • Previous internship or related experience in Sales, Business Development and Marketing is a good plus
  • Firm understanding of and experience using Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheet
  • Ability to communicate in a professional manner with potential clients
  • Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken)
