Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

Sales Operation Manager manages and deploys the operational strategy, business processes, and systems for the overall distribution operations, including order fulfilment, warehousing, inventory management and delivery.

Scope:

A Sales Operation Manager oversees the distribution operations within a company, ensuring that products are efficiently moved from suppliers to customers, specific products for Reckitt Core business. 

Your responsibilities

• Drive and improve distributor service level and sales reps productivity by navigating constraints, solving bottle neck processes in the distributor level
• Utilize data-driven analytical tools and systems to continuously monitor operations, identify inefficiencies, and develop optimization strategies.
• Troubleshoots and resolves escalated operational issues.
• Ensure all operations adhere to industry safety protocols and comply with OSHA, DOT, or other governmental regulations.

The experience we're looking for

• Have a strong distributor handling skill and knowledge of end-to-end distributor operations.
• Have a strong knowledge of onboarding and termination process of Distributor.
• Experience in FMCG company or Consumer Goods Distribution company will be a plus point..
• Having good networking and connection with distributors will be a plus point.
• Highly adaptive, have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
