Tugas / Tanggung Jawab :
- Melakukan tugas utama IT Support staff
- Menginstall atau memasang system operasi pada sebuah komputer
- Mengintall atau memasang sebuah program atau aplikasi pada sebuah komputer yang sudah berjalan dengan system operasi.
- Menginstal dan mengkonfigurasi anti virus
- Menjadikan komputer-komputer yang ada di lingkungan kantor tersebut bisa saling berkomunikasi satu sama lain
- Menjadikan komputer-komputer yang ada di lingkungan kantor tersebut terkoneksi ke internet
- Menjadikan komputer-komputer yang ada di lingkungan kantor tersebut bisa saling berbagi sumber daya, seperti printer, drive dan file-file
- Memasang dan memastikan bahwa system pengaman mampu melindungi komputer dan kerahasian data dari serangan pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab
- Memperbaiki masalah IT yang terjadi pada keseluruhan system
- Pendidikan minimal SMK / D3 / S1 sistem informatika / teknik informatika
- Menguasai system operasi pada sebuah komputer
- Berpengalaman (lebih disukai)
- Bertanggung jawab, disiplin
- Memiliki pengetahuan yang sangat baik tentang pemrograman, instalasi jaringan dan perangkat keras
- Mempunyai pengalaman analisa system yang cukup baik.
- Menguasai SQL statement dan melakukan analisa database
- Menguasai teknik-teknik testing software dan dapat melakukan debugging
