For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Develop and maintain a large mobile game on Unity

• Participate in the conceptualization and design of the game

• Implement game mechanics

• Identify and fix bugs

• Participate in the planning and discussion of modules under development

• Interact with game designers and artists in the development of the game

• Analyze and solve problems related to game performance and optimization

• Prepare and release games on the App Store and Google Play

What kind of professional are we looking for?

Technology:

• UniTask

• UniRx

• DI (VContainer or Zenject)

2. Experience:

• 5+ years of game development experience in Unity 3D, including casual games like Merge or Match-3

• Game release experience

3. Skills:

• Ability to work in a small startup team

• Knowledge of Russian and English at a conversational level from B2 and above

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of architecture and optimization

• Ability to work in a team and independently

It'll be a plus:

• Experience in optimizing games for mobile platforms (CPU/GPU)

• Experience in writing shaders for 2D VFX

• Experience with Addressable
