Job Description:
- Oversee every strategic direction and operational plan to develop and manage Evermos Community.
- Develop and execute comprehensive community engagement strategies that effectively support business and marketing objectives.
- Lead the development of Evermos community program to continue growth through relevant activities and benefits.
- Identify and maintain strategic partnerships with external communities, and institutions.
- Lead Evermos Field Community Team to achieve its goal and target.
- Analyze and report the effectiveness of every community activity.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields from a reputable university.
- Minimum 2 years of proven work experience(s) in community management.
- Strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Focus on the target
- Reliable and good team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Required to travel and work outside.
- Willing to be placed in Makassar.
