Job Description & Summary:

We help our clients plan, finance, manage, and deliver large scale capital and infrastructure projects.

As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Job Requirements:

• Graduated from Bachelor's degree majoring in Economics with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 from reputable university.
• Min 2 years work experience as a junior economist, research assistant, public policy specialist, or in related fields is a plus.
• Interest in conducting economic assessment for infrastructure investment (e.g., cost-benefit analysis, economic impact assessment, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct thorough research and analysis.
• Strong report writing skills with the ability to effectively communicate findings and analysis both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex economic concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across different teams and disciplines.
• Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google tools is a must.
• Familiarity with economic modelling and statistical analysis software (e.g., STATA, R, Python, etc.) is a plus.
