ELDS Sales & Solutions Leader, APAC Your Role and Responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead Indonesia local commercial and operations teams including Tangerang ELDS factory operation. Each day, you will be accountable for the Sales, business development and commercial deployment as well as the day-to-day operations of the organization within your assigned geographical scope. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the design and implementation of both the business commercial and customer-focused operations strategies. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the ELDS Indonesia in APAC . You will be mainly accountable for:

- Ensuring the integrated commercial and operational success of the organization in order to drive business growth, market share, and achievement of organizational performance and growth objectives.
- Creating, implementing, reviewing, and relentlessly executing the business commercial strategy, industry segment strategy, go-to-market model and customer-focused operations strategy with responsibility for financial and non-financial targets
- Ensuring a sustainable and effective value-chain, from supplier to customer and from order to delivery (products, projects, and service).
- Driving appropriate, productivity optimization, and capital efficiency with special focus areas such as profitability, demand analysis, cost-to-serve, channel profitability and Return on Investment.
- You hold a degree and have a demonstrated track record in Sales & Marketing, with extensive knowledge and proven experience in driving business growth.
- You are comfortable working with common IT infrastructure such as SFDC and Microsoft Office, as well as within the Electrification market-preferably Medium Voltage equipment.
- You bring 8 years of management experience in an international company environment.
- You are passionate about leadership, ownership, and-most importantly-driving change and innovation within an organization.
- You communicate confidently in English and, preferably, in the local Indonesian language.
