Senior / Staff Specialist - Legal and Compliance

In your new role you will:

• Responsible and manage company compliance program and activities (e.g. workshop, campaign etc.).
• Review, develop and monitor company’s policies and procedures.
• Conduct compliance risk assessment and implementat ion.
• Monitor employees’ completion of compliance mandatory training.
• Assist Chief Financial Officer / Compliance Officer in the related legal and compliance topic , including review draft agreement with external parties.
• Process legal documentation (e.g. business licenses, certifications, reports etc.).
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholder to ensure that compliance with the rules and regulations.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Law, Business Management or equivalent.
• Min. 2-5 years of relevant experience in handling legal & compliance activities.
• Good knowledge and understanding in legal, corporate governance and governmental processes and procedures.
• Understanding of Finance and Taxation would be a plus.
• Proficient in English, with excellent oral and written skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
