Business Development

Responsible in achieving sales and collection target set by company for products such as TV, Washing Machine, Refrigerator, AC, and other electronics products.

Core Responsibilities:

• Visit dealers to ensure monthly contract achievement and maintain good relationships.
• Track and monitor day-to-day sales activities and report to the Branch Manager.
• Monitor Sales progress updates according to sales forecasts.
• Ensure achievement for contracts, campaigns, and all targets for dealers.
• Ensure achievement for sales omzet, campaigns, and all targets for stores.
• Update branch daily and monthly reports (branch achievements and conditions, dealer PSI, other brand activities).
• Ensure dealers purchase products by issuing POs.
• Manage product returns that do not meet specifications.
• Generate counter-invoices (invoices and travel documents).
• Support administration of rebates and completeness of other documents such as invoices.
• Facilitate sell-through products from dealers to sub-dealers/shops.
• Handle complaints from dealers.
• Perform daily PO/daily sales forecasting.
• Check the price list of all products before distributing them to dealers.
• Assist the Branch Manager to operate the branch in line with company procedures and policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and target-oriented.
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter with a hands-on approach.
• Flexible and open to changes, able to handle multiple tasks in restricted timeframes.
• Ability to make critical decisions and handle stress.
• Persuasive, communicative, and innovative.
• Willingness to travel.
• Fully vaccinated for Covid-19.

Personality:

• Professional and serious about the work at hand, but easy to work with and able to have fun.
• Diligent in work and immediately responsive to all matters.
