Your Day-to-Day:
- Lead and monitor the entire lifecycle of new branch development projects , from planning to handover.
- Own project strategy, timeline, and budget across multiple brands and locations.
- Manage and align cross-functional teams including Project Construction, Project Designer, Quantity Surveyor (QS), and Location Analyst .
- Drive cost efficiency , budgeting, and forecasting while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.
- Identify risks early and provide practical, data-driven solutions to unblock project issues.
- Act as a key decision-maker and escalation point for complex project challenges.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and stakeholders to ensure projects align with business growth plans.
Who We're Looking For:
- >5+ years of experience in project management , preferably in multi-site development, construction, expansion, or facilities .
- Strong background in strategic project planning, cost management, and stakeholder management .
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and external vendors/contractors.
- Excellent problem-solving mindset — calm, structured, and solution-oriented.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously across different brands or locations.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related fields.
