Tugas / Tanggung Jawab :
- Menangani bidang HRD (Human Resource) dan administrasi
- Melakukan proses rekrutmen (Interview, pemanggilan kandidat, dan lain-lain)
- Menghitung jumlah lembur karyawan, cuti, klaim kesehatan, absensi
- Melakukan proses penggajian karyawan
- Menjaga hubungan dengan karyawan lainnya
- Memahami aturan BPJS Kesehatan dan Ketenagakerjaan
- Menangani bagian-bagian umum perusahaan, mampu multi-tasking
- Siap bergerak menuju daerah lain sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan
- Berdomisili di Bekasi
- Memiliki pendidikan min. DIII / S1 dengan nilai IPK 3.00 (Lebih diunggulkan dari lulusan Hukum)
- Mempunyai pengalaman selama 3 tahun di bidang HR (diharapkan yang pernah bekerja di manufakturing)
- Memahami BPJS Kesehatan dan Ketenagakerjaan, menguasai Ms. Office terutama Ms. Excel
- Berfokus pada result oriented, multi-tasking, detail, disiplin, jujur, komunikatif, cekatan
- Siap ditempatkan di daerah Padang dan bersedia pindah ke cabang lain sesuai kebutuhan
