Job Title: Punch List Coordinator

Location: Karimun, Riau Islands, Indonesia

Min Requirements:

• Excel profiency.
• Excellent communication skills in English (oral & written).
• Engineering degree.
• Oil&Gas/Punch list experience is a plus.

Tasks:

The CONTRACTOR Mechanical Completion Punch List Coordinator has the following specific responsibilities regarding Mechanical Completion.

• Ensures the clarity, legibility, validity and proper categorization of the punches coming from ITR A or walkdowns.
• Ensures that all punch lists are uploaded to CMS in accordance with the original punch lists signed by both CONTRACTOR and COMPANY by the database administrators.
• Assigns each punch item with designated action parties, responsible personnel, and related comments, ensuring daily updates with clear status tracking and visibility.
• Coordinates with Project Procurement to ensure receipt and resolution of FAT punch items that must be closed at the yard.
• Coordinates with Project Stores to ensure proper visibility and prioritization of OSDR punch items based on their criticality.
• Responsible for the documentation for the database changes related to the punches.
• Owner and responsible for Punch List Register update and follow up additional Information.
