Financial Accounting and Reporting
- To prepare monthly financial reports on time and to submit to HQ finance by 16 th of the month. With detailed analysis of the performance of the company Estate & Mill Divisions.
- To review monthly actual results and prepare monthly variance reporting as compared to budget.
- To manage closely on the Plasma accounts with detailed Income and Expenditure statements.
- To report to Corporate Finance HQ in all financial related matters.
- To report to the Operation Director in all operational matters.
- To prepare the monthly Cash Flow forecast by the 5th of the month detailing the estimated incoming funds and expenses to be paid out during the month.
- To manage the cash flow for company s operations and any surplus of funds to be placed in Fixed Deposit.
- To coordinate with bankers for forex currency purchase and funding.
- To liase with external auditors to facilitate the completion of the Company Audited Account on time and to align with the Group Audited Account submission date.
- To prepare all supporting information for the annual audit with the approved external auditor and to document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions.
- To perform audit on internal control on processes to ensure the compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures.
- To coordinate closely with Group Internal Audit in HQ of any internal control issues and improvements.
- To lead direct and evaluate the team members of the departments.
Tax reporting and compliance
- To ensure compliance with the all statutory requirements in Indonesia such as Pph Ppn and so on as of which applicable.
- To review company tax administration and filling documents on a periodical basis.
- To coordinate with local tax consultant and authority on any tax dispute issue such as tax objection and appeal. Attending tax court hearing for the tax appeal case if necessary.
- To liase with tax agent for annual tax return review and submission.
Budget Preparation
- To prepare Annual Budget with detailed breakdown for Estate & Mill Divisions.
- To coordinate with the Operation Director and all estate and mill divisional HODs and staff with the preparation of budgets for operational plan and monitoring.
Procurement IT and Inventory
- To manage sourcing and monitoring procurement and maintaining/monitoring/controlling stock inventory.
- To maintain and monitor the stock count and variance report.
- To manage the local suppliers on the accounts. All purchases should obtain proper quotations and approval.
- To manage the local contractors of any contracts such as construction of building field maintenance works etc. were awarded and to ensure the compliance of SOP for the contract works awarded with the most competitive price.
- To monitor closely on the progress of the work performed before making the payment arrangement for progressive work done.
- To manage the computer system function using an integrated accounting package including maintenance of the general ledger accounts payable accounts receivable inventories and payroll module and so on.
Operations
- To assist the Operation Director to monitor the daily Estate operations i.e. the Upkeep of
- Estate and the Collection/Harvesting and to ensure all the work was carried out as per budget.
- To prepare a monthly progress report to HQ and analyzing the actual operational costs incurred against the budget.
- To supervise the payroll clerks to ensure all estate workers (checkroll & HK) are update accurately.
