The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility to prospect, qualify and grow new accounts to sell Company’s complete line of solutions. Establishes relationships with the client’s IT and business unit executives as a trusted advisor who will understand their needs, and requirements.
- Should be able to lead the conversations with leading Enterprise Accounts in FinancialServices/Telecom/Diversified Industries Conglomerates.
- Ensures sales targets are achieved and maintains good customer rapport.
- Responsible for developing long-term relationships with the portfolio of assignedcustomers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
- Provide thought leadership and collaborate with the various internal groups alongwith the account management team
- Grow revenue within the territory to meet established top-line targets while continuingto expand our footprint as well as diversify the services being delivered.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business or Computer Science.
- 6-8 years’ experience in IT sales.
- Should be based out of Jakarta with experience in selling to Indonesian Enterprises.
- Strong track record in growing Solutions business.
- Appreciation for the digital technology opportunities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with peers to create a result driven, team-oriented environment.
- Strong initiative & people networking skills.
- Self-motivated, go-and-get approach and the will to win.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good team player, meticulous & proactive individual.
