Sales Marketing Intern

• Contacting potential and existing customers on a regular basis via phone/chat
• Handling customer inquiries & questions
• Managing the sales process through specific software programs
• Helping in creating accounts and making transactions for users
• Mastering the knowledge of products/services offered to ensure proper & relevant information is given to potential users
• Reporting to stakeholders on daily/weekly/monthly achievements
• Coordinating & communicating with related stakeholders
• Achieving minimum target for each service line on multiple services offered

• A final-year student or Fresh Graduate with a minimum GPA of 3.25 out of 4.00
• Previous experience in handling clients and business inquiries is preferable
• Excellent sales skills & customer service skills
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Experience and interest in digital marketing, especially ads, will be a plus
