Requirements:

• Hold a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in site supervision or construction management.
• Possess strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control.
• Experience with site management tools and the ability to manage schedules and resources effectively.
• Exhibit a strong commitment to safety and quality, ensuring all activities adhere to industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily on-site activities, ensuring projects meet quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to keep the project on schedule.
