Job Description:

• Manage The Daily Operation For Production To Optimize Product Quality And Ensure That The Targets Are Met.
• Make Sure Of The Standard And Regulations Are Followed.
• Manage And Make Sure Of The Effective Use Of Resources.
• Maintain A Safe Working Environment.
• Lead And Establish A Strong Production Team.
• Do Improvement For Productivity And Efficiency.
• Make Sure Of A Comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Program Is Implemented And Carried Out.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related.
• Conversational English proficiency (able to communicate for report, and understand written/oral command).
• Minimum of 3 years at the Manager level, with 8 years of experience in the manufacturing industry handling the sulphonation process and production of fatty acid methyl ester sulfonates, sodium lauryl sulfate, and sodium laureth sulfate
• Good leadership skill, good interpersonal skill, smart.
