Facility Management Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Responsible for managing the leasing and renewal of new warehouse tenants for warehouse and factories.
- Managing and supervising building repairs and maintenance at warehouse and factories.
- Supervising the management of consumable goods in factories and headquarters.
- Responsible for licensing needs, providing information, and managing the issuance of lift access cards to building managers at the headquarters.
- Managing and supervising general assistants (warehouse guards & OB/OG) at the warehouse and headquarters.
- Creating and ensuring SOPs related to General Affairs.
- Collaborating with the IT team for asset needs related to IT. JOB REQUIREMENT

- Min.3 years experience in the field of Facilities Management at Factory or Distribution
- Have good cross-functional and interpersonal leadership skills to be able to build relationships and demonstrate a high level of cooperation
- Have knowledge of regulations and systems related to facility management
- Willing to travel and mobile in various area
