Job Role

The Sales Closer – Australian Market is a full-time position responsible for converting qualified inbound investment leads into successful property transactions within the Australian market. This is a high-performance sales role focused exclusively on warm, qualified leads generated through the company's marketing channels, enabling the successful candidate to dedicate their efforts to client consultation, negotiation, and successful deal execution without cold prospecting responsibilities.

Working closely with company leadership, the successful candidate will provide professional investment consultations, guide international buyers through cross-border property acquisition processes, and manage the complete sales cycle from initial engagement through contract execution. This role is ideal for experienced high-ticket sales professionals who possess a strong understanding of international property investment and are passionate about building long-term relationships with sophisticated investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and convert qualified inbound sales leads into successful property transactions while maintaining an efficient sales pipeline.
• Conduct professional investment consultations by presenting property investment opportunities, ownership structures, projected returns, and long-term investment strategies.
• Lead virtual and face-to-face negotiations with international property investors throughout the complete sales cycle.
• Build trusted relationships with prospective buyers through a consultative sales approach and tailored investment recommendations.
• Address investor enquiries regarding cross-border property ownership, investment structures, legal processes, financing considerations, and long-term asset management.
• Collaborate closely with company leadership to optimize sales strategies, improve conversion performance, and accelerate deal closures.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and client communications throughout the transaction process.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while ensuring timely contract execution and successful completion of every transaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in international property sales, off-plan real estate, luxury real estate, or high-ticket investment sales.
• Demonstrated success in closing high-value property or investment transactions.
• Experience serving international buyers, particularly within the Australian market, is highly preferred.
• An established network within international property investment communities or high-net-worth investor circles will be considered a significant advantage.
• Strong understanding of cross-border real estate investment principles, ownership structures, investment analysis, and financial returns.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, objection handling, and relationship management skills.
• Highly self-motivated, performance-oriented, and capable of managing a full sales pipeline independently while consistently achieving sales targets.
• Native or professional-level English proficiency is essential to effectively communicate with international investors.
