Plan, develop and empower existing human resources and anticipate the needs of human resources (new blood, if required) in the ranks on an ongoing basis.

Job Requirements:

1. Maximum age 60 years
2. Ex-TNI/POLRI with the last rank of First Sergeant (Sergeant) are welcome to apply
3. Have excellent physical and mental condition
4. Able to plan and implement security strategies in plantation areas
5. Ready to be placed in all Sinarmas plantation operational areas (Sumatra/Kalimantan)
