Mandarin Translator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and communicative Mandarin Translator to support daily business operations and ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external partners. This role is ideal for someone fluent in Mandarin and English who enjoys working in a dynamic environment while also taking part in administrative and coordination tasks.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree from any major
2. Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken)
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Willing to work on-site at Jababeka, Cikarang

Job Descriptions:

1. Welcome and assist guests, clients, and business partners in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Manage meeting room schedules, prepare meeting rooms, and maintain a clean and tidy reception area.
3. Provide hospitality support for company guests, including serving beverages and handling related needs.
4. Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors and internal employees.
5. Coordinate and communicate effectively with superiors, internal teams, and external parties.
6. Prepare meeting materials, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
