Job Description:
- Involve in planning, executing, and evaluating Employee Engagement and Employer Branding Activities with the Human Capital Team.
- Assisting in branding for the company.
- Handling social media or content writing, and reporting.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure successful project execution.
- Create agenda or activities to maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices related to employee engagement.
- Assist with any other related duties as required.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate students (in last year) or Fresh Graduates from all majors are open to apply.
- Creative, curious, high initiative, and dynamic.
- Have strategic and disruptive thinking.
- Have good public speaking and interpersonal skills.
- Have a good copywriting skill and understand designs.
- Advance in using editing tools (Canva/Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator/etc).
- Having experience in using video editing tools (VN/Filmora/Sony Vegas/Adobe Premiere).
- Advanced command of English both spoken and written.
