Social Media Performance Specialist

Job position Summary 

Social Media Performance Specialist is responsible for executing and optimizing the company's organic social media presence across assigned platforms. The role focuses on content planning, publishing, community growth, performance monitoring, and continuous optimization to improve audience engagement and support marketing objectives.

Working independently within defined guidelines, this role translates strategic direction into high-quality social media execution while providing data-driven insights to improve content effectiveness and channel performance .

Key Responsibilities

• Execute content calendars across assigned social media platforms, ensuring timely and consistent publishing.
• Develop weekly and monthly content plans based on campaign objectives, audience insights, and guidance from the Social Media Strategy team.
• Prepare clear content briefs for Creative teams to ensure assets meet campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Edit simple visual and video content using Canva, CapCut, or equivalent tools for reactive and day to day publishing needs.
• Monitor day-to-day performance across assigned social media channels and recommend optimization based on engagement, reach, audience growth, and content performance.
• Prepare periodic performance reports and present key insights, trends, and recommendations to the Marketing team.
• Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats, recommending relevant ideas for experimentation.
• Coordinate with Creative, SEO, and Marketing teams to ensure content execution supports broader campaign objectives.
• Ensure content quality, publishing accuracy, and brand consistency across all assigned platforms.
• Contribute ideas to improve social media workflows, reporting quality, and content effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies.
• Good understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Threads, and LinkedIn.
• Experience preparing content calendars, content briefs, and performance reports.
• Familiar with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, or similar reporting tools.
• Able to analyze engagement metrics and convert data into practical recommendations.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Basic editing skills using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Good written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Nice to have: basic understanding of SEO (to enable more effective collaboration with the SEO team)
