Job Descriptions:

Content Creation

• Create and edit engaging marketing content for email broadcasts, WhatsApp broadcasts, LinkedIn, and social media.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and consistent messaging.

Hashtag and Trend Research

• Research the latest trends in the industry and social platforms to find relevant hashtags and keywords.
• Analyze the most effective hashtags to increase content reach and engagement.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing and design teams to ensure integration of visual and written content.
• Participate in brainstorming for marketing campaigns and provide creative ideas.

Content Performance Monitoring

• Monitor and report on content performance across platforms to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Gather feedback from audiences and internal teams to refine content strategy

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Student or recent graduate
• Strong writing skills with attention to detail and the ability to adapt writing style to suit different audiences.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media.
• Good research and analytical skills.
• Creativity and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Hootsuite) would be a plus.
