Compensation: Monthly retainer + uncapped commission per successful CIES application

About Us

We are a premier financial services group headquartered in Hong Kong , with branch offices in Singapore, New York, and Shenzhen . We are launching a dedicated project in Indonesia to promote Hong Kong’s Capital Investment Entrants Scheme (CIES) – a pathway for HNWIs to obtain Hong Kong residency via a minimum HK$30 million investment into permissible financial assets.

The Role – Contract (Renewable Half‑Yearly, WFH)

We seek an experienced, well‑connected CIES Project Consultant based in Indonesia on a 6‑month contract (renewable based on performance). This is a full work‑from‑home (WFH) role . You will act as our on‑ground expert, identifying and advising Indonesian HNWIs, family offices, and professional intermediaries on CIES investment and residency benefits.

You will work autonomously from home, supported by our Hong Kong headquarters (legal, compliance, investment product teams) and regional offices in Singapore and Shenzhen.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and qualify Indonesian investors interested in Hong Kong residency via CIES.
• Educate prospects on CIES rules: eligible assets (bonds, funds, equities, structured products), net worth verification, holding period, and application process.
• Build and maintain relationships with local private bankers, wealth managers, lawyers, and real estate consultants – all via remote collaboration.
• Coordinate with the Hong Kong team to prepare and submit applications to InvestHK and the Hong Kong Immigration Department.
• Represent the group at virtual events, webinars, or (if safe and agreed) limited in‑person roadshows.
• Provide market intelligence on HNWI sentiment and regulatory updates.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven client acquisition track record among Indonesian HNWIs (wealth management, private banking, immigration advisory, premium real estate, or family office servicing).
• Sound understanding of investment products (fixed income, equities, funds) and basic immigration procedures.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken). Mandarin or Cantonese is a strong plus.
• Existing network with private banks, trust companies, or wealth advisors in Indonesia.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined to work from home effectively, and comfortable with digital collaboration tools.
• High integrity and compliance‑focused.
