As the Gardening Operational Head , you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our gardening team, ensuring all landscaping and horticultural projects are completed to the highest standards.

Requirements:

• Hold a minimum of a diploma in Agriculture; additional certifications garden management are a plus.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in landscape or garden management, with leadership experience preferred.
• Possess strong knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, landscape design, and pest control.
• Have experience in scheduling, budgeting, and managing gardening projects.
• Exhibit a strong commitment to sustainability, safety, and quality in garden maintenance and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all gardening activities, including planting, pruning, irrigation, and pest control, ensuring the highest standards of garden care.
• Manage and lead the gardening team, providing direction, training, and support to ensure efficient operations.
• Collaborate with the management team to plan and design landscape projects, maintaining aesthetic and functional outdoor spaces.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all garden maintenance activities and related operational tasks.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and environmental regulations.
