Job Descriptions:
- Project Planning : Develop detailed project plans, including resource requirements, schedule, and budget.
- Team Management : Lead and manage project team members. Set goals, allocate tasks, and ensure all team members work towards achieving common objectives.
- Coordination : Effectively communicate with all project stakeholders, including internal team members, clients, and vendors, to ensure timely and accurate information exchange and involvement.
- Risk Management : Identify, evaluate, and manage project risks. Take preventive and corrective actions as needed.
- Monitoring and Reporting : Regularly monitor project progress. Prepare clear and comprehensive progress reports for management and other stakeholders.
- Budget Management : Manage project budget. Ensure expenditures remain within the established budget limits.
- Project Completion : Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet expected quality standards.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Project Management, Engineering, Business).
- Work experience as a Project Manager or in a related role.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in time, budget, and resource management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
