Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, map, and generate new business opportunities within manufacturing, coal mining, oil & gas, and large-scale commercial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients (Key Accounts).
- Prepare business proposals, deliver presentations, and participate in negotiations and the tender process.
- Analyze market needs and offer tailored facility management solutions.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development within Catering & Facility Services, Logistics, or B2B Industrial Support sectors.
- Must possess an extensive, active, and proven network within the manufacturing, coal mining, oil & gas, or large-scale commercial sectors.
- Understanding of corporate tender processes, commercial proposal preparation, and fundamental regulations (Food Safety, HSE).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly target-oriented and self-motivated, with a willingness to travel as required.
